Prior to mailing,
RapidScrub, our address hygiene division, helps to identify
inaccurate or incomplete addresses. If updated address information is available,
we print the new address on the outgoing letter and then send you the new address
record for electronic update of your database. If the record is deemed to be
unmailable, we reject it without printing the letter, saving you stationery and
postage. Notification of the bad address is available either as a hardcopy report
or electronic file. This information is available to you within hours of file
receipt.
