At PCI, we use technology to free you from the hassle and unnecessary costof undeliverable mail. To accomplish this we use two methods: electronic pre-mail
and manual return mail. Electronic pre-mail, also known as address hygiene,
utilizes USPS proprietary information to give your file the most up-to-date
verification of current addresses. Manual return mail is an electronic daily
update of your address records based on mail returned by the USPS. Files are
either revised with new address information or identified as “undeliverable
as addressed.”
As part of PCI’s continuing process of integrating the latest USPS technologies
and services, we have become one of the first in our industry to incorporate
Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMB) to facilitate electronic ACS (Address Change Service)
to save our clients both time and money.
