Chris Kropac Jr., President With the company since 1987, Chris Kropac became President in 2003. Since then, he has built the company into one of the leading correspondence and distribution outsourcing partners in the United States. With two decades of industry experience, Kropac holds a degree in management and computer science from Long Island University. He is the Industry Co-chair for the Long Island Postal Customer Council, an organization dedicated to expanding the USPS relations with their mailing customers. He is also a two-time recipient of the Outstanding Postal Industry Representative Award in 2001 & 2006. |

Skip Pawul, Executive Vice President Walter (Skip) Pawul has been with the company since 1982. As Vice President, he sets the standard for fiscal development and the implementation of all operations. Pawul is a pioneer in the development of all technical design and the implementation of the computer-related services that have helped make PCI the technological leader it is today. Pawul graduated from the United States Coast Guard in New Haven, CT, with honors in management and computer science. He holds the US Coast Guard Achievement Medal for the development of automated aids to the navigation positioning grid library.

Robby Suri, Vice President, RapidEntry™ Operations Robby Suri handles the design, implementation, set-up, operation and maintenance of software and hardware needed to serve our clients. Working personally with them, Suri has both a keen attention to detail and a proven ability to exceed customer expectations. It is his unwavering standard of excellence that enables PCI to be the industry leader it is today. Suri has a degree in economics from the University of New Delhi. |

Anthony Faldetta, Vice President, Business Development Anthony Faldetta joined the company’s sales division in 2002. His 15 years of industry experience includes working for the United States Postal Service and in the mailing division of a company that specialized in finance, specifically mergers and acquisitions. With a great understanding of the collection industry, he has completed many industry-specific courses and has attended Dale Carnegie Training®. |

Perry Fernandes, Vice President, Operations Perry Fernandes is a 25 year veteran in mail processing and distribution. His career spans working for leading Direct Mail organizations across the Northeast since 1986 and has been instrumental in launching 3 start-up mail processing divisions and companies. Perry spearheaded MPTQM certification (a Total Quality Management accreditation offered by the USPS) for 2 companies and has experience in ISO9001. Perry re-joined PCI Group in 2008 and is responsible for the day to day operations. He is a past Industry Co-Chairman of The Long Island Postal Customer Council; and was a member of the Board of Directors NY Chapter of Mailing & Fulfillment Service Association (MFSANY). He is also a recipient of the ìSpecial Achievement Awardî at the National Postal Forum by the USPS / Denver, CO 2001 for recognition for innovation in the mailing industry. |

Mark Riddagh, Operations Manager Mark has been in the direct mail industry for over 20 years. He joined PCI in the fall of 2007 as the Operations Manager, directly overseeing the Printing, Inserting and Quality departments. In 1986, he secured his first position with a national mailer of advertising flats and has worked with several high volume direct mail companies ever since. He brings his years of experience in zero-defect quality, production planning, and effective team building to PCIís management team. |

Tim Franks, Manager — Client Services Timothy Franks joined PCI Executive Team this past February. A veteran of the Collections world for over a decade, Tim brings a wealth of industry knowledge and customer service with him as he assumes his new role of PCIís Client Services Manager. With an extensive background in customer project management, Tim is uniquely positioned to manage the daily activities associated with managing your account. |
